This one was very inspired by Meg Chittenden’s lovely chalk work (@megchittenden) and Mckenzie Elizabeth’s use of color (@mckenzie.e.ditter). It was fun to stretch into a new style. The pine forest was driving me nuts at first, until I figured out how to give it more definition. I was running out of light today, so the handwritten typography is a bit sloppier than I’d like. But that’s half the fun of sketchbooks, right? I used Golden Acrylics, Staedtler pens, and Royal and Langnickel brushes.
