It’s been a slow knitting and reading week. There hasn’t been much time. I’ve put in a few rows on each while waiting for something. I should sit down and figure the decrease again, because the gray one is decreasing oddly. I think I may have missed a stitch. I have barely scratched the surface of Wild in the Hollow, but I know it will be good. I’ve been reading Amber’s blog since its birth, and I trust her in the journey she is getting ready to take me on. I’ve been looking forward to the book’s release for a long, long time.

I won Wild in the Hollows in a giveaway recently, but have not started it yet. I was really excited to win it! I actually have never read her blog, but kept seeing the book popping up around Internet-land and thought it sounded good.
Enjoy!

One of the things I love about washcloths is that it is OK to have it not be perfect. 🙂 You should of saw some of my first ones, shaped more like an abstract fish than a square… :))))

Do let us know how you like the book! It looks good to me too, but I’m always a little leery of all these new books coming out… 🙂

Yea, I probably would be too, except in this case, I’ve been reading her blog forever (we both started blogging around the same time) so I know who she is and where she stands. Especially as Orthodox, we need to be discerning about which Christian non-fic we take in, but I trust her. 🙂

Decreasing is so much easier if I do it in one sitting. I always muddle it up. I’m not sure the dishes mind either way. In fact it might be an advantage.
