Very zentangle-ish today, playing with the idea of endless circles and some triangles thrown in based on some artwork I saw recently. I don’t think I’d make something like this again- not really my style- but it was fun all the same. These were done with Staedler Fine Line pens on ATC cards. In this particular case the watercolor ridges on the ATC card interfered a bit with the crispness I wanted in the lines. If I were doing this on a larger scale I’d definitely switch to a different, smoother media. The quote has been rolling around in my head this week. I used to be very resilient to change but have burned out the last few years, making transitions even more difficult- and as I work towards a healthy way forward I want to remind myself that change is an opportunity to grow.
