We’ve struggled the last few days with a particularly nasty bug that went through all the kids quickly and stayed with the adults much longer. Definitely one of those treading water kind of weeks. 🙂
I was working on a piece before we all got sick. These were just some random scraps laying on the desk and I started playing. I’ve got an idea for a third layer when I get the time.
 
In related news, it was so delightful to see my dear friend Kelly Sauer front and center in the newest Artful Blogging. It was lovely and beautiful and real, just like her.
