An Everyday Day…

CleanlaundryJust to prove that in fact, for a brief moment on a sunny Monday morning, the laundry was clean and folded.

The bread came out wonderful…the recipe came from my mom.

Chocolate Bananna Bread

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs slightly beaten
3 tbsp. sour milk (1 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp. milk)
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Put all wet ingredients together in the order that they are listed. Mix dry ingredients in bowl and then add wet ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes.

There was a battle at refrigerator cliff today. It’s not clear who won.
